Manufacturers Warranty

Effective 7/1/09 

All Bracemasters International custom products are guaranteed for materials, workmanship, fit and function for ninety days beginning 14 days after the date of shipment, when they are fabricated from an acceptable impression or scan of the patient.  During that time, at our discretion, we will adjust, repair or replace the product as necessary.   

Abuse or undue rough wear voids the warranty.  This may be caused by not wearing shoes over a brace, destruction from exposure to extreme heat, cold, impact or abrasion beyond normal wear and tear. 


Return /Exchange Policy

Effective 7/1/09 

If a problem is identified that requires Bracemasters International to adjust, repair or replace the product within the warranty period, the practitioner/purchaser should notify our office and request return authorization prior to taking action.  After gathering specific information on the problem identified, Bracemasters International will determine the most appropriate course of action to remedy the problem and advise the practitioner/purchaser with the details of the resolution, direct the practitioner/purchaser on any action they may need to take and provide a timeline for completion once any additional requirements are met.
